NOIR is contemporary casual women’s wear brand based on Seoul. It proposes a new story and design for every season based on minimal design. NOIR has introduced its brand home and abroad through a number of multi shops, agencies and projects with its start in Feb. 2010. NOIR is making an effort to introduce various items with designer sense at a reasonable price.
